Bam - day 5. Welcome Rick. I'm only a couple days ahead of you but I'll tell you it's significantly easier at day 5 that day 2 and 3 were. No matter what, don't have even just one today. If you do that you're good. I'm not having any chew today.

Aug4 - 87 - post up every morning. Find some alternatives. Seeds, water, gum, jolly ranchers, I used some of the fake chew for first 3 to 4 weeks. Keeps saying no. It gets easier week by week. But you have to commit to saying no and YOU have to want to do this quit.
STS - 698: I like this quit group. Everyone is posted up and ready for a full day of quit. Yep. do WHATEVER it takes to make it until bedtime. As long as no filthy cancer-causing crap goes in your mouth, then you win the day. Let's win the day. NDT!
