    November 7, 2018 Today's MAD: 23 total Swimming MAD total: 10 Total Running MAD: 5396.5 miles since 1/2/2010 Weight: 204 - Still running just not too many longish runs. Everything is under 5 miles. Need to build up a little as I hope to do an 8 mile trail run in December.

    I caved after about five years. Dipped for a couple a years after I caved. Now, throwing away the can again. Can’t ever dip once or back to a can a day. Trust me on this.
