Time flies

I quit dip 100 days ago. To be honest, I loved it. It calmed my nerves. It woke me up in the morning and calmed me down during the day. I chewed for 25 years. My friends chewed as well. It was a habit, way of life - I loved it.

Now, I look back and I don't have any desire to chew again. I have maybe two craves a day lasting a second or two each. I like the fact that my gums aren't sore and receding anymore. I don't fear the dentist now. My wife is happy. I don't have to ninja at school anymore and worry about getting caught by students. My breath, fingers and car don't stink. I have saved over $500 and I'm doing fine without nicotine. You learn to deal with stress.
