Nov 2017 Intros and Chat Space

Recommended Posts

Use this space to introduce yourself, chat about quit techniques, rage about craves, and talk about life in general.

I'll get it started.  Was a chewer and dipper for over 35 years.  Total addict.  Last seven or so years I had a fifth of a can of Timber Wolf in my mouth for 15 hours a day every day.  I dipped everywhere and felt I could not enjoy anything in life if I was not dipping.  That was my pathetic addicted thinking and I could not have been more wrong.  Dip makes nothing better.  It's just a wad of poison in your mouth.  How on earth could I have thought that that would make anything better or more enjoyable.    Quitting has been the hardest thing I have ever done, and has also been the best thing that I have ever done.  I am free from the slavery to that expensive can of carcinogens one day at a time.
