But it's Different for Me

Let me guess ... quitting is just harder for you for some reason?

If you really are thinking that, you are dead wrong for one thing. Secondly, you are simply buying into the lies nicotine causes your own mind to formulate.

The truth?

You are better off without tobacco.

It does not help you concentrate.

It damages your circulatory system. In fact, you may never get cancer, but no one escapes a lifetime of tobacco use without heart problems ... no one is immune!

You are just like thousands of others ... you succumbed to the temptations of tobacco and you are trapped.

There is a way out.

Freedom really is awesome!

The pain is temporary ... this will not "hurt" forever. Give your body and mind time to heal.

Please do not believe the "this is just too difficult for me" lie. You can do this. More importantly, it is an obligation ... you have to do this.
