  1. Man I ate too much tonight, I was doing so well all this week also...
  2. Week of 1-12-09 Kojak 289/287/260 Started in the right direction anyway. HAP 337/233/220 My wife and I celebrated by going to this place called the Melting Pot and dipping everything they brought to us in chocolate. Now I have to work hard again this week. dipstick22 - 214/178/170 - Stayed the same. Had a good week but a bad knee is limiting the cardio workouts. WTG Kojak and HAP!! Moose 248/245/225 - I weighed in after breakfast this morning Dundippin 253/250/225 - Finally using that gym membership! Taking a LONG time to warm up... Week of 1-5-09 Kojak 289/289/260 New Year, time to drop some again! Moose 248/244/225 - WTF??? Gained 6 pounds since last weigh in. Have no explanation..I havent been eating or training any differently in the last couple weeks. Dundippin 253/252/225 And here we go... Dipstick22 - 214/178/170 - I just realized I started my workout/diet 2/8/2008. I haven't lost any weight in the last three months. You guys all need to stick with me.   6. I'm new to this forum so I'm just asking for some clarification. I see three sets of numbers, are they start weight/current weight/goal weight?
