  5. I haven't been consistent enough to bitch about getting cut off!! I can always add myself. dun, i'll certainly leave you on there. i tend to use this source to check my bench marks. i've noticed we can really fit a few posts per page. i was thinking about shrotening the list myself, but like pd...didn't want to make anyone mad that got cut off. Cool, I do some spin classes, Mtn Bike, and hill runs, to be honest with I would rather post that stuff here too, rather than jump forums, it's all fitness to me.

I've noticed that I can break a plateau if I "get used" to the heavier weights. Ripped the hell out of my hand on pullup no. 95--about an inch long and 3/4 wide. I thought the wrap on the bar was ripping, it was my hand instead. dos - CoachDip mooseLB63 - Frosty - bench press, bar dips, bench dips, triceps pushdowns, military press, lateral raises Dun - I have been busy as shit at work 14 hour days, but sneaking in some sets of push ups and sit ups. Not much but it keeps the sanity! Yesterday I mountain biked so dam hard I maxed my heart rate a couple times and i was dizzy for the next hour when I got home! Stay strong guys
